We need to leave early today as we had a mine tour booked at Tom Price for 10:00am.
The mine
tour was good as it took us through the workings of the mine. I was standing on a bench taking some photos
and accidently fell off did not hurt myself to much. We had some lunch at Kings Lake.
I had to
wear head phones today as the noise from not having a window was a bit
unbearable as the plastic was flapping in the wind as we drove along.
Now on the
dirt road we dropped into see Hamersley Gorge what a great spot for a swim no
time as we still had a long way to go.
The dust is
bad in our car as we now have plastic on the window as it was bad from the
corrugations it had to be taken out. We
are in the lead car today.
Finally in
the national park and it is getting late in the day found Stargazers camp
ground and a spot for us all. A bit
stark in the middle of now where.
