Paul & I left before the rest today as I need to get to the hospital to treat my asthma. The others were heading into python pool and Mt Herbert before heading into Roebourne.
First we
tried Roebourne hospital but they could not administrate any drugs as there was
not a doctor there and they told me I would have to go into Karratha, so we
dropped the camper off at the park before heading into Karratha we arrived at
the hospital about 9:00am and they took me straight in and I was there for 4hrs
as they pumped me full of stuff. Paul
went and had the window fixed while I was in the hospital.
We headed back to Roebourne and met up with Fitz’s so we tagged with them as they were on their way to Point Samson to have a look and we ended up at the tavern for a drink. Then we tried to find a lookout and ended doing some 4x4 driving in sand.
Dropped into
Wickham Woolworths to get something for quick and easy dinner. We then dropped into Cossack for a look and
getting back into the car Paul could not shut his door so the boys pulled it
apart and we think there was some glass fallen down fixed the problem and now
on our way back to camp.
I received
the shackle tonight as I had the wrong phone number for Paul and I was trying
to ring him from inside the hospital as he had to stay with the car and I could
not get him so a nurse had to walk me out to see him.
